When you request a quote through the form on this site, we process the following data to handle your request and to contact you:

name
phone number
e-mail address
pickup and destination address
date and time of travel
number of passengers and the chosen vehicle class
any note you provide (e.g. flight number)

The site uses no tracking cookies and performs no analytics or marketing data collection.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract, taken at your request) and your consent given by submitting the form [Article 6(1)(a) GDPR].

4. Recipients and processors

Hosting provider: Vercel Inc. (United States) — operation of the website.
Geocoding provider: the text you type into the address fields (pickup/destination) is sent to a geocoding service (HERE Technologies, or OpenStreetMap/Photon depending on configuration) to return address suggestions.

For any transfer to the United States we apply appropriate safeguards (e.g. the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses). Exact safeguards are being confirmed.
